pCAMBIA-split_C luc Vector
pCAMBIA-split_C luc is based on the pCAMBIA backbone, carrying the coding sequence of the C-terminal fragment of split luciferase, which can be fused with the target gene to express a "target protein-C-terminal Luc fragment" fusion. In the split luciferase complementation system, when the fusion proteins expressed by this vector and the vector carrying the N-terminal Luc fragment (such as pCAMBIA-split_N luc) interact, the N-terminal and C-terminal Luc fragments can recombine to form active luciferase, which catalyzes the substrate to produce fluorescent signals. The intensity of protein interaction can be quantitatively analyzed by detecting fluorescence intensity, which is suitable for verification of protein-protein interactions in plants, dynamic analysis of interactions, and research on protein complexes in signal pathways.
