pGreenII 62-SK-ccdb Vector

pGreenII 62-SK-ccdb is based on the pGreenII 62-SK backbone, carrying the ccdb negative selection gene and multiple cloning sites, and the downstream gene expression is usually driven by the 35S constitutive promoter. The toxic protein encoded by the ccdb gene can be lethal in Escherichia coli without inhibitors. Only when the target gene is inserted and replaces the ccdb gene can the recombinant vector survive, enabling efficient positive clone screening. This vector is suitable for overexpression analysis of target genes, protein function verification and gene expression regulation research in plants, especially facilitating the rapid construction of recombinant expression vectors.
