The pYLCRISPRCas9P35S-H vector represents the application of the CRISPR/Cas9 system in dicotyledonous plants for double knockout (using AtU6 and AtU3 promoters), supporting Agrobacterium-mediated random integration and protoplast co-transfection for transient expression systems.
