pSuper1300-mCherry is based on the pSuper1300 backbone, carrying the mCherry red fluorescent protein coding gene, which can be fused with the target gene for expression, usually driven by the Maspro constitutive promoter. mCherry has the characteristics of stable luminescence, high fluorescence intensity, and resistance to quenching. Its fluorescent signal can be directly observed through a fluorescence microscope, facilitating tracking of the subcellular localization, expression pattern, and spatiotemporal dynamic changes of fusion proteins in plant cells. It is suitable for localization analysis of target proteins, tracing of cell biological processes, and research on gene expression regulation in plants.
