pCasA Vector 

pCasA is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for Staphylococcus aureus. It drives the expression of Cas9 and guides the expsion of gRNA to specifically cleave target DNA, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knockout or site-directed mutagenesis. Positive strains are screened via kanamycin resistance in the genetic transformtion system, making it suitable for gene function research and gene editing exploration in Staphylococcus aureus.
