The ATP content detection kit adopts the principle of luciferase-luciferin bioluminescence method, and accurately quantifies the ATP content in the sample by detecting the chemiluminescence intensity of luciferin oxidation reaction at the emission wavelength of 560nm. The kit contains freeze-dried luciferase, D- luciferin substrate and lysis buffer, and the wide linear detection range of 10-15-10-6 mol/L is realized by single photon counting. It is suitable for cell viability detection and microbial biomass evaluation, and provides a highly sensitive solution for drug sensitivity test and environmental toxicity monitoring.
