The transhydrogenase -1 detection kit adopts the fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of TH-1 by detecting the rising rate of fluorescence intensity of NADPH at 340nm excitation /460nm emission wavelength. The kit contains NADH substrate, NADP⁺ cofactor and mitochondrial membrane preparation system, which can specifically detect the hydrogen anion transfer process between pyridine nucleotides. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of energy metabolism of mitochondrial extracts and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
