pCRISPRyl-One is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for Candida lipolytica. It drives the expression of Cas9 and gRNA to specifically cleave the DNA of Candida lipolytica A01 gene targets, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knock-in at the A01 gene site. In genetic transformation systems, positive strains are screened through uracil deficiency assays, making it suitable for gene function studies and gene editing-related explorations in Candida lipolytica.
