Transhydrogenase -2 detection kit adopts fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of TH-2 by detecting the rising rate of fluorescence intensity of NADPH at the excitation wavelength of 340nm/emission wavelength of /460nm. The kit contains NADH substrate, NADP⁺ cofactor and mitochondrial membrane preparation system, which can specifically detect the hydrogen anion transfer process between energy-dependent pyridine nucleotides. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of energy metabolism of mitochondrial extracts and provides a reliable tool for the mechanism analysis of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
