ADPG pyrophosphorylase detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of AGPase by monitoring the rising rate of NADPH absorbance at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains glucose -1- phosphate, ATP substrate system and coupled phosphoglucomutase and glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, which can specifically detect the formation process of ADP- glucose. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/mL, which is suitable for starch synthesis in plant seeds and tuber tissues, and provides a reliable tool for crop quality improvement and yield improvement mechanism analysis.
