Soluble starch synthase detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of SSS by monitoring the absorbance rising rate of NADPH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains ADP- glucose substrate, phosphoglucomutase and coupled glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, which can specifically detect the synthesis process of amylopectin. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of starch biosynthesis in plant seeds and tuber tissues, and provides a reliable tool for crop quality improvement and analysis of starch physical and chemical characteristics regulation mechanism.
