The plant starch content detection kit adopts the principle of enzymatic hydrolysis. After starch is completely hydrolyzed into glucose by starch glucosidase, the glucose oxidase-peroxidase coupling system is used for quantitative detection at 505nm wavelength. The kit contains thermostable α-amylase, amyloglucosidase and GOPOD chromogenic reagent, which can effectively distinguish soluble sugar interference. The detection range is 0.1-100 mg/g, which is suitable for starch storage analysis of various plant tissues and provides standardized solutions for crop quality evaluation and postharvest physiological research.
