The amylose content detection kit adopts the principle of dual-wavelength colorimetry, and synchronously detects the characteristic absorption value of iodine complex of amylose and amylopectin at the wavelengths of 620nm and 510nm through dimethyl sulfoxide solubilization-iodine color development system. The kit contains dimethyl sulfoxide solubilizer, iodine-potassium iodide chromogenic agent and buffer system, and accurate quantification is achieved by standard curve method. The detection range is 1%-90%, which is suitable for the analysis of amylose ratio between grain and starch samples, and provides standardized solutions for crop quality breeding and food industry application.
