The starch debranching enzyme detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of DBE by monitoring the absorbance rising rate of NADPH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains pullulan or amylopectin substrate, phosphorylase A and coupled glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of α-1,6- glucoside bond. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of starch metabolism in grain endosperm and microbial samples, and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of glycogen storage disease and starch structure regulation mechanism.
