After sucrose is hydrolyzed into glucose and fructose by β -fructosidase, the glucose oxidase-peroxidase coupling system is used for quantitative detection at the wavelength of 505nm. The kit contains β -fructosidase, GOPOD chromogenic reagent and buffer system, which can effectively distinguish the interference of reducing sugar. The detection range is 0.01-1.00 mg/mL, which is suitable for sucrose analysis of plant tissue juice and food samples, and provides standardized solutions for crop quality evaluation and food sweetness control.
