The sucrose synthase (decomposition direction) detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of SS-I by monitoring the absorbance rising rate of NADPH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains sucrose substrate, UDP and coupled UDP- glucose pyrophosphorylase and glucose -6- phosphate dehydrogenase, which can specifically detect the process of sucrose decomposition into fructose and UDP- glucose. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of sugar metabolism in plant tissues and fruit samples, and provides a reliable tool for sink strength evaluation and sugar accumulation mechanism analysis.
