Sucrose phosphate synthase detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of SPS by monitoring the absorbance decline rate of NADH at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains UDP- glucose, fructose-6- phosphate substrate, coupled pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, and can specifically detect the amount of UDP produced during the synthesis of sucrose -6- phosphate. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of photosynthetic product metabolism in plant leaves and fruit samples, and provides a reliable tool for source intensity evaluation and sucrose synthesis mechanism analysis.
