The kit contains sucrose substrate, GOPOD chromogenic reagent and buffer system, which can distinguish acidic and neutral sucrase isoenzymes. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/g, which is suitable for the study of sugar metabolism in plant leaves and root tissues, and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of photosynthetic product transport and source-sink relationship regulation mechanism.
