The detection kit of soluble acid invertase adopts the principle of DNS colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of soluble acid invertase in plant tissues by detecting the increase of reducing sugar of sucrose hydrolysate at the wavelength of 540nm. The kit contains sucrose substrate, DNS chromogenic agent and acetic acid buffer system with pH 4.5, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of β -fructofuranoside bond under acidic conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.004 U/g, which is suitable for the study of sugar metabolism in plant organs and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of fruit development and sugar accumulation mechanism.
