The cell wall insoluble acid invertase detection kit adopts the principle of DNS colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of insoluble acid invertase in plant cell wall by detecting the increase of reducing sugar of sucrose hydrolysate at the wavelength of 540nm. The kit contains sucrose substrate, DNS chromogenic agent and acetic acid buffer system with pH 4.5, and cell wall binding enzyme is separated by high salt elution technology. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/g, which is suitable for the study of sugar metabolism in plant tissue cell wall space and provides a reliable tool for phloem unloading and apoplast transport mechanism analysis.
