The soil catalase detection kit adopts the principle of potassium permanganate titration, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of catalase in soil by detecting the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide at the wavelength of 240nm. The kit contains hydrogen peroxide substrate, phosphoric acid buffer system and sulfuric acid terminator, which can specifically detect the conversion process of hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/g, which is suitable for the assessment of redox state of agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for soil health diagnosis and organic matter decomposition mechanism analysis.
