The soil sucrase detection kit adopts DNS colorimetry principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of sucrase in soil by detecting the increase of reducing sugar of sucrose hydrolysate at the wavelength of 540nm. The kit contains sucrose substrate, DNS chromogenic agent and phosphate buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of β -furanose glycoside bond. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/g, which is suitable for the study of carbon cycle in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for the transformation of easily decomposed organic matter and the evaluation of microbial metabolic activity.
