The soil alkaline protease detection kit adopts the principle of flint phenol colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of alkaline protease in soil by detecting the color intensity of casein hydrolysate at the wavelength of 680nm. The kit contains casein substrate, folin phenol chromogenic reagent and boric acid buffer system with pH of 10.0, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of peptide bonds under alkaline conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/g, which is suitable for the study of nitrogen cycle in saline-alkali soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of organic nitrogen transformation and soil improvement mechanism.
