The soil peroxidase detection kit adopts the principle of guaiacol colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of peroxidase in soil by detecting the generation rate of tetra-o-methoxyphenol at the wavelength of 470nm. The kit contains guaiacol substrate, hydrogen peroxide initiator and phosphoric acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrogen peroxide-dependent oxidation reaction process. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/g, which is suitable for the study of organic matter transformation in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of humification process and carbon cycle mechanism.
