The soil acid invertase detection kit adopts DNS colorimetry principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of acid invertase in soil by detecting the increase of reducing sugar of sucrose hydrolysate at the wavelength of 540nm. The kit contains sucrose substrate, DNS chromogenic agent and acetic acid buffer system with pH of 4.5, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of β -fructooligosaccharide bond under acidic conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/g, which is suitable for the study of carbon cycle in acidic soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of soil microbial activity and organic matter decomposition mechanism.
