The soil available nitrogen detection kit adopts the principle of alkaline hydrolysis diffusion method, through the sodium hydroxide hydrolysis-boric acid absorption system, uses methyl red-bromocresol green mixed indicator for titration analysis, and accurately determines the total amount of ammonium nitrogen and easily hydrolyzed organic nitrogen in soil. The kit contains sodium hydroxide hydrolysis agent, boric acid absorption solution and standard acid titrant, and the normal temperature hydrolysis reaction is realized through a nitrogen diffusion device. The detection range is 10-300 mg/kg, which is suitable for the evaluation of nitrogen supply capacity of various soils and provides standardized solutions for agricultural precision fertilization and nitrogen management.
