The soil N- acetyl -β-D- glucosidase detection kit adopts the fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of NAG enzyme in soil by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of 4- methyl umbelliferone at the excitation wavelength of 360nm/emission wavelength of /450nm. The kit contains 4- methyl umbelliferone -N- acetyl -β-D- glucoside substrate, buffer system and stop solution, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of β-1,4- glucoside bond in chitin and peptidoglycan. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/g, which is suitable for the study of carbon and nitrogen cycle in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of microbial cell wall degradation and organic matter transformation mechanism.
