The soil leucine aminopeptidase detection kit adopts the fluorescence principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of LAP enzyme in soil by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of 7- amino -4- methyl coumarin at the excitation wavelength of 360nm/emission wavelength of /460nm. The kit contains L- leucine -7- amino -4- methylcoumarin substrate, buffer system and stop solution, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of leucine amino-terminal peptide bond. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 U/g, which is suitable for the study of nitrogen cycle in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of protein degradation and amino acid mineralization mechanism.
