The soil dehydrogenase detection kit adopts the principle of TTC reduction method, and accurately quantifies the dehydrogenase activity of microbial population in soil by detecting the amount of reduction products generated by 2,3,5- triphenyltetrazole chloride at the wavelength of 485nm. The kit contains TTC substrate, glucose substrate and phosphate buffer system, which can specifically detect the electron flux transmitted by cytochrome system. The detection sensitivity is 0.001 od/g h, which is suitable for the evaluation of microbial metabolic activity in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for soil health diagnosis and bioremediation potential analysis.
