pLexA-Pos Vector

pLexA-Pos is based on a yeast expression vector backbone, carrying a fusion gene of LexA DNA binding domain (BD) and a protein sequence with transcriptional activation function (such as VP16 activation domain), which can stably express "LexA BD-activator" fusion protein. In the yeast two-hybrid system, this fusion protein can directly activate the expression of reporter genes (such as lacZ) without interacting with other proteins, serving as a positive control to verify the integrity and detection sensitivity of the system, ensuring the reliability of the experimental system.
