Liquid double antibody enrichment solution is a liquid medium for selective enrichment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in clinical specimens. Its basic component is Sutong culture medium, which contains essential nutrients of mycobacterium tuberculosis such as glycerol and asparagine. The key additive is the combination of polymyxin B and amphotericin B, which can effectively inhibit the growth of miscellaneous bacteria (such as gram-negative bacteria and fungi) in the sample.
