pCHPH Vector

pCHPH is based on a universal plant vector backbone, with the core element being the hygromycin phosphotransferase gene (hph), driven by a plant expression promoter (such as 35S), which can be expressed in plant cells and confer resistance to hygromycin. This vector is mainly used for screening positive cells/tissues in plant genetic transformation, and can also be used as an auxiliary vector to co-transform with other expression vectors without selection markers, providing resistance selection markers for transformed cells, and is suitable for stable transformation systems of various plants.
