pPR3-N-MCSII Vector 

pPR3-N-MCSII is based on the pPR3 vector backbone, with an additional multi-cloning site II (MCS) expression cassette driven by the ADH1 promoter, where the first expression cassette (MCSI) is used to express the prey protein fused with an N-terminal fragment ubiquitin (NubG), and the second expression cassette (MCSII) is used to express the bridge protein. It is mainly used to study the interaction three membrane proteins, organelle proteins, and secreted proteins.
