The hydrolase detection kit adopts the principle of fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis, and accurately quantifies the total activities of hydrolases such as esterase, protease and lipase in soil microbial population by detecting the fluorescence intensity change of fluorescein at the excitation wavelength of 490nm/emission wavelength of /520nm. The kit contains fluorescein diacetate substrate, phosphate buffer system and stop solution, which can comprehensively reflect the decomposition ability of microorganisms to organic matter. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 od/g h, which is suitable for the evaluation of microbial metabolic activity in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for soil health diagnosis and organic matter transformation potential analysis.
