The soil acid phosphatase detection kit adopts the principle of p-nitrophenyl phosphate colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of acid phosphatase in soil by detecting the generation rate of p-nitrophenol at the wavelength of 400nm. The kit contains p-nitrophenyl phosphate substrate, acetic acid buffer system with pH 6.5 and stop solution, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of phosphate bond under acidic conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/g, which is suitable for the study of phosphorus cycle in acidic soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of organic phosphorus mineralization and plant phosphorus nutrition supply mechanism.
