pCAMBIA1300-nluc-ABI5 is based on the backbone of pCAMBIA1300-nluc which fuses the ABI5 gene with the N-terminal fragment (nluc) of the firefly luciferase (Luciferase), and is driven by 35S promoter. The ABI5 gene it carries can specifically interact with the SPL9 carried by the pCAMBIA1300-cluc-L9 vector, and it is one of the most commonly used positive controls in the luciferase complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the system.
