pCAMBIA1300-cluc-SPL9 is based on the backbone of pCAMBIA1300-cluc which fuses the SPL9 gene with the C-terminal fragment (cluc) of the firefly luciferase (Luciferase), and is driven by 35S promoter. The SPL9 gene it carries can specifically interact with ABI5 carried by the pCAMBIA1300-nluc-AB5 vector, and it is one of the most commonly used positive controls in the luciferase complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental.
