The carriedBI5 gene can specifically interact with SPL9 carried by the pEarleyGate202-YC-SPL9 vector, and it is one of the most commonly positive controls in the dual-molecular fluorescence complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental system.
