pSPYNE-ABI5 is based on the backbone of pSPYNE, which f the ABI5 gene with the N-terminal fragment of yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) (YN), and is driven by the 35S promoter. The carriedBI5 gene can specifically interact with SPL9 carried by the pSPYCE-SPL9 vector, and it is one of the most commonly positive controls in the dual-molecular fluorescence complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental system.
