pSPYCE-SPL9 Vector

pSPYCE-SPL9 is based on the backbone of pSPYCE, fuses the SPL9 gene with the C-terminal fragment of yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) (YC), and is driven by the 35S promoter. SPL9 gene it carries can specifically interact with ABI5 carried by the pSPYNE-ABI5 vector, and it is one of most commonly used positive controls in the dual-molecular fluorescence complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental system.
