The soil alkaline phosphatase detection kit adopts the principle of p-nitrophenyl phosphate colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of alkaline phosphatase in soil by detecting the generation rate of p-nitrophenol at the wavelength of 400nm. The kit contains p-nitrophenyl phosphate substrate, carbonate buffer system with pH 11.0 and stop solution, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of phosphate bond under alkaline conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/g, which is suitable for the study of phosphorus cycle in alkaline soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of organic phosphorus mineralization and plant phosphorus nutrition supply mechanism.
