The soil ammonium nitrogen detection kit adopts the principle of indophenol blue colorimetry, and detects the blue indophenol complex formed by the reaction of ammonium ions with sodium hypochlorite and phenol at the wavelength of 625nm through the potassium chloride leaching-sodium hypochlorite phenol color development system. The kit contains potassium chloride leaching solution, phenol chromogenic agent and sodium hypochlorite oxidant, which can effectively eliminate the interference of calcium and magnesium ions. The detection range is 0.5-50 mg/kg, which is suitable for the analysis of ammonium nitrogen content in various soils and provides standardized solutions for nitrogen transformation research and topdressing decision.
