pT7TS is a vector with both cloning and in vitro transcription functions. It contains a T7 promoter to drive efficient transcription of exogenous genes, and multiple cloning sites facilitate the insertion of target genes. It has ampicillin resistance, can replicate in E. coli, and is commonly used for preparing mRNA and in vitro translation experiments, making it a commonly used tool in molecular biology.
