The soil amylase detection kit adopts the principle of DNS colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of amylase in soil by detecting the absorbance appreciation of reducing sugar at 540nm wavelength. The kit contains soluble starch substrate, DNS developer and phosphate buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of α-1,4- glucoside bond. The detection sensitivity is 0.002 U/g, which is suitable for the study of carbon cycle of agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for soil health assessment and organic matter transformation mechanism analysis.
