pCAMBIA1300-nluc-53 is based on the backbone of pCAMBIA1300-n-luc which fuses the 53T gene with the N-terminal fragment (nluc) of the firefly luciferase (Luciferase), and is driven by 35S promoter. The 53 gene it carries can specifically interact with T carried by the pCAMBIA1300-c-luc-T vector, and it is one of the most commonly used positive controls in the luciferase complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental.
