pCAMBIA1300-cluc-T is based on the backbone of pCAMBIA1300-cluc which fuses the T gene with the C-terminal fragment (cluc) of the firefly luciferase (Luciferase), and is driven by 35S promoter. The T gene it carries can specifically interact with ABI5 carried by the pCAMBIA1300-nluc-53 vector, and it is one of the most commonly used positive controls in the luciferase complementation experiment, which is widely used to detect the sensitivity and reliability of the experimental.
