The soil acid xylanase detection kit adopts DNS colorimetry principle, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of acid xylanase in soil by detecting the increase of reducing sugar at 540nm wavelength. The kit contains birch xylan substrate, DNS chromogenic agent and acetic acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of β-1,4- lignan bond under acidic conditions. The detection sensitivity is 0.004 U/g, which is suitable for the study of carbon cycle in acidic soil and provides a reliable tool for the analysis of forest ecosystem and organic matter transformation mechanism.
