The soil phytase detection kit adopts the principle of molybdenum blue colorimetry, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of phytase in soil by detecting the absorbance appreciation of inorganic phosphoric acid at 700nm wavelength. The kit contains sodium phytate substrate, ammonium molybdate chromogenic agent and citric acid buffer system, which can specifically detect the hydrolysis process of phosphate bond in phytic acid molecules. The detection sensitivity is 0.003 U/g, which is suitable for the study of phosphorus cycle in agricultural soil and provides a reliable tool for soil phosphorus availability evaluation and plant nutrition management.
