Acetate kinase detection kit adopts the principle of enzyme coupling method, and accurately quantifies the catalytic activity of ACK by monitoring the decline rate of NADH absorbance at the wavelength of 340nm. The kit contains acetic acid substrate, ATP magnesium salt and coupled pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, which can track the generation process of acetyl phosphate in real time. The detection sensitivity is 0.005 U/mL, which is suitable for the study of acetic acid metabolism in microbial fermentation samples and provides a reliable tool for industrial biotechnology and energy conversion research.
