The water-soluble chloride detection kit adopts the principle of mercuric thiocyanate colorimetry, and realizes accurate quantification at the wavelength of 480nm by detecting the red complex formed by thiocyanate released by the reaction of chloride ions with mercuric thiocyanate and ferric ions. The kit contains mercuric thiocyanate reagent, ferric nitrate chromogenic reagent and stable buffer system, which can effectively eliminate the interference of bromide and iodide. The detection range is 0.1-50.0 mg/L, which is suitable for salt analysis of soil extract and water samples, and provides standardized solutions for environmental monitoring and agricultural irrigation water quality evaluation.
